Jerome C. Carter
Jerome C. Carter is the founder of the Carter Law Firm, P.C., a Mobile law firm serving the residents of Baldwin County and surrounding communities in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, wills, property and probate, bankruptcy, and social security disability.
Mr. Carter graduated from Baker High School in Mobile, Alabama. He earned a scholarship to attend Marion Military Institute and later received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama in 1991. In 1995, he graduated from the Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama.
Upon admission to the Alabama Bar, he served as an assistant district attorney for Mobile County. In September of 2000, he went into private practice, focusing his practice in areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and probate law. He is currently appointed Special Temporary Judge for the Mobile County Probate Court.
